Welcome to Breathe Strong Wellness. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services provided by Breathe Strong Wellness (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By using this site or scheduling services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the site or booking services.

1. Nature of Services (Non-Clinical Support)

Breathe Strong Wellness provides non-clinical, non-therapeutic emotional support services.
Services offered are not:

• therapy or counseling
• medical, psychological, or mental health treatment
• diagnosis, assessment, or recovery planning
• legal, financial, or professional advice

My role is to offer presence, grounding, reflective support, and emotional reassurance — not professional mental health or medical services.

If you require therapy or mental health treatment, please consult a licensed provider.

2. Not for Crisis or Emergency Situations

Breathe Strong Wellness does not provide crisis services.
If you are experiencing a crisis, emergency, or feel unsafe, immediately contact:

• 911 (U.S. emergency services)
• 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – U.S.)
• Your local emergency hotline

Do not rely on this website, sessions, or communication for emergency support.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this website or schedule support services.

4. Scheduling & Sessions

All sessions are offered virtually or by phone.
You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a reliable internet or phone connection
• Arriving on time
• Providing accurate contact information

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before a session is scheduled.
Payments are processed securely through Square.

Sessions will not be reserved or confirmed without full payment.

6. Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By scheduling a session, you agree to the following:

Cancellations

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $25 fee.

No-Shows

• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without communication counts as a no-show.

Refunds

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• No-show sessions are non-refundable.

Emergencies

True emergencies will always be handled with compassion and understanding.

7. AI-Assisted Note Taking (Zoom AI Companion)

To support accuracy and allow me to be fully present during sessions, I may use Zoom’s AI Companion to generate call summaries or notes.

• Session audio may be securely processed by Zoom’s AI for this purpose
• Summaries are used only for internal support and session continuity
• Information processed by Zoom’s AI is not shared with third parties outside of Zoom
• You may opt out of AI-assisted notes at any time by notifying me before your session

Using services constitutes acknowledgment of this disclosure.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your session information is kept private except in situations where disclosure is required by law, including:

• Risk of harm to self or others
• Abuse or neglect
• Valid court orders

Your use of this site is also governed by the Breathe Strong Wellness Privacy Policy.

9. Client Responsibilities

By participating in services, you agree to:

• Engage honestly and respectfully
• Seek emergency help when needed
• Acknowledge that support services are non-clinical
• Take responsibility for your personal decisions and actions
• Provide accurate information during communication and scheduling

No outcomes are guaranteed, as each individual’s journey and experience are unique.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, branding, session materials, layouts, resources, and written content — is owned by Breathe Strong Wellness.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the website
• attempt to disrupt site functionality
• use the site for unlawful purposes
• attempt unauthorized access to secure or private areas
   

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Breathe Strong Wellness is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of services or this website.
• Services are provided “as is” without guarantees, warranties, or assurances.

You assume full responsibility for your decisions, well-being, and use of services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
